Broken Beauty.

She's alone in her room thinking of her next should she stay or end it all
Feeling alone with a broken heart 
Surrounded by darkness can't hear in the silence
This broken beauty lost her way nowhere to turn and nowhere to stay
She falls in love and gets hurt
Dreaming of the day when she'll come first
She takes a drink to numb the pain
Awakens the next day never feeling the same
This broken beauty with hopes and dreams
Wanting someone to love her more than she could love herself
Lost and confused feeling misused
Trusting the ones who always turned away 


She gets up and takes her next steps
Wondering if it would be worth it in the end
Still feeling alone
She felt the weight of the world
But saw a small glimpse of hope
For no longer was she a broken beauty 
But now she was beautifully broken
Feeling loved and whole
Feeling such a warmth in the pits of her soul
Wanting to help those like her 
For she is fearfully and wonderfully made

I have made bad decisions and I held on to so much hurt. Through all of that I knew one thing to remain true that God loves you through even the toughest moments in your life.

Psalm 31:7,
